The in-game name is Grimstroke — the same in the English and the Russian client. There is no common English short name for Grimstroke in the site's dictionary. Russian-speaking players say “Гримстрок” (or “грим” and “гримсток”).

The hero's line in Valve's list reads: “Disables enemies with a swipe of his brush”.

The site's “Choose a hero” window finds Grimstroke by either “Grimstroke” or “Гримстрок”.

All five scores (best = 1): carry 0 · mid 0.03 · offlane 0 · soft support 1 · hard support 0.85 — which is why the editor's Auto-pick places Grimstroke in the “4 · SUPPORT” and “5 · HARD SUPPORT” rows and nowhere else.
